Las Vegas, NV – Allegiant Stadium, the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders, now includes a robust neutral host distributed antenna system (DAS) that will allow the stadium’s patrons to receive faster higher-quality wireless network service inside and around the building. A national wireless carrier will anchor the DAS to ensure its customers have the optimal mobile device experience during Las Vegas Raiders home games, concerts and events. The DAS was developed and designed by DAS Group Professionals (DGP) on behalf LV Stadium Events Company (StadCo), the Allegiant Stadium Developer.

StadCo embarked on a DAS design and implementation process that ensured fans have a choice of mobile services when visiting Allegiant Stadium.

“It was important for our fans and guests to have the best experience, which includes great wireless service on their mobile devices. With a wireless carrier already anchoring the system, we are off to a fantastic start” said Don Webb, StadCo’s Chief Operating Officer.

“We designed the DAS to accommodate multiple wireless providers that care about their customers’ experience,” explained Steve Dutto, DGP’s President. “Every wireless provider subscribing to the DAS can provide its particular specifications which are incorporated in the overall system but this carrier’s decision to be first on the DAS is a great advantage because the system incorporates their specifications from the start. It also demonstrates its dedication to customer experience and investment in Allegiant Stadium. We are confident patrons will be pleased with their service.”

To maximize the system’s design, DGP will deploy TEKO DAS from wireless communications leader JMA Wireless.

DGP will also install antennas and connectors to facilitate coverage not just in the stands and environs, but also in nearby shopping plazas to ensure seamless coverage throughout the Allegiant Stadium campus.

“When it comes to best-in-class technology, JMA is leading the way” said Dutto.
